Provide a non-embedded version of symbol-processing-aa

According to this page, symbol-processing-aa is an uber jar:

They are both uber jars that include almost all runtime dependencies except kotlin-stdlib, kotlinx-coroutines and symbol-processing-common-deps. 

Could there be a version with external bundling, declaring dependencies in their .pom/.module files? That'd make better use of the dependency caches allow different consumer to resuse the Kotlin compiler (and other dependencies)
