Step 8. Parse the JSON response with kotlinx.serialization: Add kotlinx.serialization library dependencies

1. Open build.gradle.kts (Module :app).
2. In the plugins block, add kotlinx serialization plugin.

id("org.jetbrains.kotlin.plugin.serialization") version "1.8.10"

Describe the problem
As of 21 Jan 2025 version "1.8.10" of kotlinx.serialization lib causes app to crash.

Soluiton
Change version to 1.9.10 as in the Solution ("repo-starter" branch).

Steps to reproduce?
Complete step "Parse the JSON response with kotlinx.serialization" and try to start the app.

API version of the emulator: dunno, run on a physical device with Android 11
