Object Acces is Private after upload

Using this plugin pushes the objects to S3 with no plublic read access.

I have modified the plugin to offer a checkbok in coniguration and configure the AWS SDK object accordingly so files can be made public directly.

Got the modiications in a local branch. Can't push it to make a pull request.
