If you are trying to fix PGP's problems, another major issue is some incoherency and incompleteness in its identity management system (key/id validity and verification).

This is a huge problem weighing on my mind right now, one I'm trying to
approach cautiously. I just installed Python to try to build your repo,
will be sure to take a look.
