Copy buttons on code blocks, once clicked/activated, can't be reused #268

Reproduction:

Go to a page like https://gohugo.io/templates/shortcode-templates/#single-word-example-year
Click copy -> The button will change text to "copied"
Copy something else to clipboard
Click copy/"copied" again

It should ideally copy the text again, but rn it doesn't.
Tested with Firefox and Ungoogled Chromium on Arch Linux.
