Home page template to show Tag based sections

Currently home page shows all articles in order of publication. It's also a good option to show articles in section, categorised as per tag. Per section articles can be limited to 3 on homepage.

Thank you for considering. There won't be specific pages. I think this should be configurable via menu to prioritise what all tags should be shown as sections on home page as shown below
