[UI] The application creation wizard's layout seems to be outside bounds of the box #11828

Describe the bug
All elements don't fit into the box

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to /if/admin/#/core/applications
Click on create new app with the wizard
See buttons being outside of bounds of the box

Expected behavior
I would have expected them to be inside the box bounds

Additional Information

Using Firefox 131.0.2 on Gentoo Linux.

Correction, the whole form doesn't even seem to work.

Seems to affect providers too and application forms, probably because it's mostly the same form.
