Game freezes on duty matchmaking

Whenever I try to matchmake for a duty and a party is found, the game freezes for long enough to consider me as not participating and gives me a penalty.
Happens with and without Dalamud.

Using the vanilla launcher with either GE-Proton-7-43 or Proton Experimental works just fine. I've also tested XIVLauncher (+Dalamud) with GE-Proton-7-43 and that worked fine too.
