Maxing out single thread performance on CPU at 120 FPS.

Per title, I'm seeing 100% usage on one thread rotating around my CPU when attempting to run FF14 at 120fps, upon investigation I notced that 60fps uses about 54-60% or so on a thread so I did a sanity check in Windows 11 and while multiple threads went high none of them reached 100% and I was GPU bound for frame rate.

Specs for reference:-
CPU: AMD R7 5800x3d
Motherboard: Asrock X570 Steel Legend
RAM: 2x16GB 3600Mhz CL18
GPU: AMD RX7800xt
OS: Linux Mint 21.3 (Kernal Version 6.8)

I'm more than happy to provide other information upon request, though I am a newbie so I may need guides, thanks in advance for any help.
