Plugin Description

• Tracks n hours of Eorzea time, defaulting to 48 hours, i.e 2h20m real time
• Does some kind of in-universe notification to take a break
  • maybe a linkshell sound and a dialogue box from one of the scions reminds you to rest

I've been playing stardew valley recently, there's a Weekly Break Reminder mod, one week in stardew valley being roughly 2 hours of game time, and it's been really extremely helpful

• pre scions arr could be the Mothercrystal
• post scions arr could be Tataru or Minfilia
• HW could be edmont or tataru

• shb could be the exarch if in norvrandt, tataru if in eorzea
• for endwalker, if pre bestways, a message from ???
• post bestways, a message from Nappingway, "Urianger asked me to make sure you get plenty of rest!" or something similar

I was pointed to https://github.com/chirpxiv/SelfCare, this does the job functionally, adding another option via code was fairly straightforward. I'll see if it's difficult at all to get a SE client duty dialogue box instead of an ImGui notice.
