gost v3 client #650

server v3:
gost -L socks://:1080

client v2 all works perfectly :
gost -L=127.0.01:8080 -F=socks5://server:1080

client v3, same parameters, some programs cannot connect, tls auth problem.
gost -L=127.0.01:8080 -F=socks5://server:1080
