监听5468的tcp和udp端口

他需要负债均衡到，选择任意一台主机，失败就连下一台，然后不同主机端口会变

192.168.1.1 的5468的tcp和udp端口
192.168.1.2 的2468的tcp和udp端口
192.168.1.31 的3468的tcp和udp端口
