Terraform remote state using S3 as backend is not working.
In particular state locking on AWS DynamoDB is failing

Potential reasons:

  • AWS region different
  • AWS role / user permissions
  • Wrong Terraform remote state config

For the moment it will be disabled in favor of local (ignored) tfstate file
