Instead of calling Tesseract directly, write a class that manages OCR. It'd be used like:

OCR ocrEngine = new OCR(); // uses the default OCR engine
OCR ocrEngine2 = new OCR("Tesseract"); // Specifies the OCR engine

Bitmap b = new Bitmap("test.bmp");
string ocrText = ocrEngine.PerformOCR(b);

Maybe add support for OCR plugins ?
