Automate lgtm and approve process in this repo via bots.

It would be awesome if we can enable gihub bot which respect actions like below:

• lgtm label auto applied once we have github lgtm comment in the PR.
• approved label once we have approve github comment
• auto merge of the PR once we have lgtm and approved labels in the PR
  ....etc.

Could you clarify why is this a priority?

We only have a handful of (very busy) folks involved in the project. GitHub built in mechanisms seem sufficient at this stage.

@JohnStrunk not sure how did u conclude the priority of this request. I havent put any milestone label to raise the priority. I opened an issue and kept it, mainly aiming at @nigelbabu who is the maintainer for gluster infra and not an active contributor for code features to drive it whenever he has a free slot. Also, once its implemented for one repo we can pull that for other gluster repos as well.
