I would like to be able to configure active directory support during Samba setup. It should probably have fields / variables for Query Account -the account that is used to query Active Directory. The account should contain the domain name, either in the format of DOMAIN\user or in the format of [email protected]. Query Password
Enter the account password. Administrator Group
Enter the name of the security group that contains the list of Gluster administrators. User Group
Enter the name of the security group that contains the list of users. DNS Forest Name
Enter the DNS name (for example, corp.company.com) of a domain within the Active Directory forest that stores the Gluster user accounts and groups. NetBIOS Domains
Enables the use of NetBIOS over TCP for resolving legacy Windows NT domain names for user accounts. If WINS servers have not been configured for your network, this should be disabled. When disabled, only users within a single Active Directory domain can use Gluster shares. The default should be enabled.

It would be good to include a link to how this is currently done in a human intervention manner. That would help understand the clear separation of declarative actions from the outcomes.
