I used e(fx)clipse (eclipse IDE) for Reach Client Platform technology for tools development.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create 1 VBox inside that create some Tabpane and feel some data with labels. save fxml.
  2. Use it in your RCP Application (Java).
  3. come back to Fxml and open it. you can see containers and controls in hierarchy but it will not be visibel.
  4. Select any control in hierarchy which is not visible and select any property (e.g. Rotate Graphic, Visible, Focus Traversable or any like that) then and only it will be visible.
