Scene Builder -> CSS Analyst -> View as Rule and View as Text not working fine

Hi devs! There are two very nice features in Scene Builder e.g. View as Rule and View as Text. But from Scene Builder 11 and above it's not working as expected e.g. it's always showing No Matching Rule

Expected Behavior

All currently applied CSS Rules must be showing in View as Text or View as Rule. As in Scene Builder 8.5.0 it's working fine:

Current Behavior

In Scene Builder grater then then 8.5.0 it's always showing No Matching Rule in both cases View as Rule or View as Text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Scene Builder 11 or greater.
2. Add Anchor Pane.
3. From View -> Show CSS Analyzer (Ctrl + 6)
4. From CSS Analyzer select View As Text or View as Rule from top right cog-icon (setting).
