I have unreadable characters on my Scene builder due to system font problem.
I first started to uninstall and reinstall my system font (Segoe UI) and some of the parts were readable but now everything got worse and I can't use Scene Builder anymore.

Expected Behavior

I should be able to read correctly every words in Scene Builder.

Current Behavior

Every character seems cryptic.

Steps to Reproduce

This bug happened at the installation.

Your Environment

I have Lenovo 81SX with windows 10.
