Bug description

Unable to start the installation process via the UI, the system does not detect a config_db.php, which is logical since we launch the process to create this file in the following steps!

Database configuration file "/www/glpi-core/main/glpi_config/config_db.php" is missing or is corrupted.
You have to either restart the install process, either restore this file.
