Create a ticket template.

Add an observer on on predefined fields

Go on the "Standard interface" Tab : The observer is displayed twice :

Hi,

I confirm the bug. Duplicated value will also appears when ticket will be created. It also affects problems and changes, and also affects other actors fields.
