BUG/3: No loading message after new sentence is loaded up

After clicking Next, or going to the next sentence/suggestion list, the new sentence appears first, then - after a bit of delay - the suggestion list appears second. This is confusing.

One should make sure that after clicking Next (or submitting a suggestion and moving on to the next one):

1. Clear both the sentence and the suggestions replacing them with a Loading message
2. Once the sentence is loaded keep the suggestions with the Loading message
3. Once the suggestions are all loaded only then replace the Loading message and allow customers to click and submit suggestions
