Version 4.4.0.2

  1. Move injected CSS into styles CSS to remove employment of hook that uses a deprecated method of implementation.
  2. Add ability to use a Font Awesome icon instead of the default for restricted modules. Specifiy at either the course 'restrictedmoduleicon' setting or site 'defaultrestrictedmoduleicon' setting, to which the course will refer to when it is set to '-'. Leave empty to use the icon 'access_transparent.png' located in the format's 'pix' folder.
  3. Add course 'restrictedmoduleiconcolour' and 'defaultrestrictedmoduleiconcolour' settings to specify the colour of the 'restrictedmoduleicon' icon.
  4. Set the 'restrictedmoduleicon' to have a font size of 50px.
  5. Set '.format-vsf .activity .vsf-icon img.modpic', '.original' and '.custom' to an opacity of 0.5 when restricted.
  6. Show folder modules on the page when inline.
