title vs table mismatch

The file README.md consists of may tables, each with a title "Top [count] [itemcategory]".
But the number of rows displayed in many tables do not match the .

e.g.:

• "Top 20 Miscellaneous libraries" has 111 rows;
• "Top 20 Observability libraries" has 28 rows;
• "Top 20 Productivity libraries" has 176 rows;
• "Top 20 Analytics libraries" has 29 rows;
• "Top 20 Security libraries" has 42 rows;
• "Top 20 Collaboration libraries" has 30 rows;
• "Top 20 Notifications libraries" has 6 rows;
• "Top 20 Databases libraries" has 43 rows;
• "Top 20 Infrastructure libraries" has 124 rows;
• etc.
