在viewPager中，先滑动到第二张图片，再返回第一张时，此时直接下拉是不会有拖拽效果的，但可以看到图片会稍微居中移动了一下，然后第二次按住拖动就可以了触发拖拽效果了

总之就是只有图片完全居中后才可以触发拖曳效果

这些bug我都修复了哦，不过我不知道怎么在你这边提交，我在自己项目中拷贝你的过去了，而且修复了，没有侵权吧
