Check that the NIC can do the required xforms and then hairpin back to the wire without using CPU

Determined that hairpin queues work fine so long as you are in NIC mode.

Eswitch mode also supports hairpin queues but only on the physical interfaces (the SR-IOV devices won't accept them).
