Ideally from within Nextflow. Problem is that there is no variable exposed for this. We could hardwire it to params.yaml (invonenient if we decide to change the name) or use the wrapper to copy (problem if we call it manually?). Local branch copy_paramsfile has a stub for copying it, should the variable be made available within Nextflow
