can PJON broadcast between different bus_ids

I have an application in mind that may have need for more addresses. I am primarily going to be using UDP and I will be using a fairly significant amount of periodic broadcast messages.

What would the ideal way to proceed? I may be misreading the documentation but in shared mode, a broadcast is still limited to devices inside the same bus_id, is there a mechanism to broadcast across different bus_ids?
