Missing translations

Some elements in the interface are not translated:

• most of the strings in the left panel
• some tooltips
• "New Task" name
• task sorting menu

Related to #1040 (untranslated tags).

I haven't taken the time to check the translatable tutorial tasks (what your issue 1040 seems to be about), but for all the rest of the GUI I can tell you that everything is translatable since the commits I made a few days ago: fb75b36, 57bcebb, 1feef7b, 51a86ea and 1084dbd.

However, I have not yet committed an updated version of the .pot file, nor my own FR translation, because I'm not sure that we won't have more translatable string changes until near-0.7-release… so for now you'd need to locally run the ninja command documented here… normally that should make the GUI 100% translatable for you.

That said, if @diegogangl or others here think it would be better for me to update the translation template file and FR translation immediately rather than "later in the development cycle", I could do that.
