Make it more clear that web vitals scores are p75

Problem Statement

From internal feedback at Sentry:

love these easy to read cards at the top of the web vitals page. what is the measurement? median? average?

Solution Brainstorm

A few suggestions:

1. Let's make the tool tips mention that the score is p75.

This becomes: "75th percentile of Time to render the largest item in the viewport. Bad LCP frustrates users because the website feels slow to load."

2. While we're at it, why don't we make the columns LCP, FCP, INP, CLS, TTFB, mention they're p75 and what the score is?

We do this for perf score / opportunity but not the other columns.
