Is this a MonoAOT app? We don't support symbolication of those due to missing information, only NativeAOT last time I checked. Deeper reading starting in this issue comment #2180 (comment)

Makes sense.
We should skip symbol upload in this case, and print to the terminal that Mono AOT is not supported.
