Enabling formatting of .cpt files in IDE/VSC. #2700

This PR: #2566 implemeted the possiblity for format .cpt-files, but only from cmd, no binding via LSP was added. This adds it.
Originally related to: #1509

@sriv I know! Fixed it. Have configured it to be done be default now, since I tend to always forget it... Thanks!
