refactor(formspark): landing page forms

Problem

Currently they are linked to my gmail. That means that using Zapier form submissions are forwarded to edo's gmail.

Solution

Sign up to formspark using adaptly gmail, then setup 2 forms and connect them to framer landing page forms. That way each submission will automatically show up in adaptly's gmail. Then, remove zaps that forwarded the form submissions.
