migration(database): from supabase to azure #26

Supabase free instance shuts down after 1 week of inactivity. We also have free azure credits so might as well:

Setup Postgres there and then change DATABASE_URL for prisma to point there.
Run prisma deploy to setup tables in azure
Copy data from supabase to azure database - maybe it can be done manually via GUI.
