Now that we have updated PRMs the bootstrap should be updated here to include the latest RPMs, excluding the geopyspark dependencies (I believe they're presently being pulled in)

Also the GDAL should be optional. G8 template should prompt for their inclusion, ideally with default URL value that can be changed during template evaluation.
