UI/UX Improvements

• 1. Change Select Funding Agency to Select Program Type​

• 2. Add an info icon next to Select Program Type and add the text box at the bottom of the screen. We should also add info about EPA 319, but that needs more discussion from the group.​

• 3. Change the select color (in this example OVERALL and selected the EQIP button) from red to a shade of blue that compliments the website color-scheme.​

• 4. Move EPA 319 to last in the list​

• 5. After looking at it more, I think making all the selection choices into circular buttons would be good (like the current Select Funding Agency option). Change Boundary and Program Count option to circles instead of the rectangles.​

• 6. Change Select State Boundary to Select Boundary​

• 7. Change Select Funding/Program Count to Select Funding/Practice Count. We will want to add an info icon here, but I need to discuss with Ellen the exact text to use here.

• 8. Need to disable CSP Funding Button

• 9. Load CSP Count Layers to geoserver
