How can I disable the dragging of a marker?

I have this simple code where I create a marker and enable global dragging, and I would like the marker to be non-dragable. I have tried a combination of the marker options with no success.

    let map = new L.Map('mapid').setView([5, 5], 19);
    L.marker(
        [5, 5], 
        {
            'pmIgnore': false,
            'makerStyle': {'draggable': false},
            'editable': false,
            'markerEditable': false,
            'draggable': false,

    map.pm.toggleGlobalDragMode();

You need to set draggable: flase to the Geoman pm options and not to the marker options:

  var marker = L.marker(
    [0,0],
    {
      Leaflet-Marker-Options
    }
  ).addTo(map);
  marker.pm.setOptions({draggable: false})

  map.pm.toggleGlobalDragMode();

I have another question, when I draw another draggable marker on top of the non-dragable one, it becomes draggable (see attached video). Is it normal behavior? Is there a way to avoid it?
