User story

As a GeoKrety.org fan I want to be able to leave a race so that my GeoKrety don't participate anymore.

Acceptance criteria

Any authenticated user MAY be leave a race
Anonymous users CANNOT leave races
The GeoKret to leave MUST belongs to the connected user
The race MUST NOT be started to leave
The race MUST NOT be ended to leave
An admin CAN leave from started races
An admin CAN leave from ended races
An admin CAN leave any GeoKrety from races
