Open JSON and ShapeFile files with the GIS viewer #178

We could add the ability to open JSON and ShapeFile files with the GIS viewer, in a read-only mode like we've done in JupyterCAD for STEP files.

A possible workflow then would be to:

open JSON/ShapeFile file
press file -> export to jGIS
