I have started WIP on a guidepost on What to do if you struggle with supervision, link to file here:

I was thinking of just making a guidepost with links, like where to find help.

@IsoldeGlissenaar & @ClaudeDRT , feel free to add to it, manage the content, take over it and post it if you find time
