Display BibTeX report generated from BiBler

The Report Generation is already available in Bibler and we need to integrate it in Relis to make it downloadable from relis itself.

I think the feature is the following.
When importing papers, BiBler can produce a report stating the warnings and errors. It can also tell which line has the first error. This information should be made available through the BiBler web service and ReLiS should show this information.
