Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is just an issue to fix some Documentation and Docker Image names for better Development Workflow.

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of Building the image every time, we are using already built image from Docker Hub Registry and just spinning it up to get the Development Stack up and running.

Additional context
Adding more documentation for more clear setup of the Development Stack.
