An error occurs while creating a new project with a quality assurance step :
A PHP Error was encountered
severity: Notice
Message; Undefined index : qa_action
Filename: controllers/install.php
Line Number: 1697
However the project is created successfully

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new project with QA step

A project must be created without errors
