Streamline exclusions with horizontal buttons

Right now, selecting an exclusion criteria is a two-click process to open the menu then select the reason.

Instead, it would be faster to have horizontal buttons for each exclusion criteria, saving a click.

This may also provide space under the buttons for explanatory text. This can assist screeners in making a decision. For example, the text could indicate whether 'other papers' includes theses or not.

Good idea, we will look into that. The screen size and number of options may affect the disposition and flow, so some adaptation is needed.
