we should have a travis check that runs the regular test suite, and additionally global integration tests

Background: to.termgenie.org and oba are stuck

I tried reload, but it never completes
http://to.termgenie.org/TermGenieManagement.html

I suspect an ontology cannot be loaded... but I tried all individually and they work. No way to see the logs from the TGM screen...

Quick comment, yes an ontology load failed for OBA:
[OBA ERROR] 2015-11-24 08:11:21 (FileCachingIRIMapper:203) IOException during fetch of IRI: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/cl/imports/clo_import.owl
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
