Tab consequence:

remove "std dev" column
add "loss category" column instead of dropdown to new column with explicit category and check on a closed list of acceptable (with check on a closed list add "number" => "destroyed building", "area" => "mq area of destroyed buildings", "homeless" => "homeless", "landslide", "liquefaction")
output from "nrml" to "csv"

Tab Configuration file:

accept consequence file from "xml" to "csv"
