Send discord message when server is online

I think this would be usefull for (large) modpacks.
Maybe this can be expanded to include discord commands too. (e.g. !start)

The messages could be sent using the WebHook integration.

this would likely have to integrate with an existing minecraft-to-discord integration tool, like DiscordSRV.
