Install: How to encrypt with manual install and choose the filesystem type?

When choosing the setup type, I can chose manual partition.
Then I check encryption, enter a passphrase.
Then I click next and setup the partitions.
I choose LUKS or LUKS2 but then I can't choose the final filesystem. And the summary shows that btrfs was chosen by default.

Ok so I have to take my existing empty partitions, delete them and create them. I will try that, thanks :)
