Exapnd the app's repertoire beyond quizzes

As noted in #3 we've got an input that the quiz is not necessarily ideal, and also certainly not everything. #3 will add a generic Eco chat capability (but also RAG aided by the dataset), however we could consider even more, such as co-operating with Hooli (https://github.com/team-hashing/hooli, https://youtu.be/4azPGzbJKRg) or other capabilities.
