Error posting apartment (Negative price)

When creating an apartment post, you can enter a negative price. This screenshot was taken before I changed the square feet and bedrooms to 0 (as was instructed by the form) but the price can be a negative number. Following this, I added a jpeg to upload an image and clicked submit and got this error:

Not able to post the apartment without picture. No error is given and nothing happens when I click submit.
